Highly validated and characterized monoclonal/polyclonal
antibodies and recombinant
proteins
The majority of AAA Biotech’s antibodies are highly validated and can be use in multiple
applications such as ELISA, FC,
ICC, IF, IHC, IP, WB, etc. We have antibodies available for rare species, in multiple conjugated
forms or recombinant
antibodies.
As for our high quality proteins, the majority have 90% purity, detected by SDS-PAGE while some are
available in
different tags such as Flag, GST, His, MBP, etc. We also carry high quality native and biologically
active proteins.
AAA Biotech is constantly working to expand our capacity to provide
recombinant proteins, antibodies and ELISA kits to most target proteins.

Intended Uses: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat GLUT4 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GLUT4. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GLUT4 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. $value[0]['_source']['products_description']
Background: Glut4 (Glucose Transporter Member 4), also known as SLC2A4, is a 509 aa multi-pass type membrane protein. It is an insulin-regulated glucose transporter. Glut4 is most highly expressed in adipose and striated muscle tissues, but has also been reported in multiple other tissues including the nervous system and breast cancer. Insulin stimulated transport of Glut4 has been shown to be impaired in type 2 diabetes patients. Additionally, inhibition of Glut4 may be useful in reducing proliferation of breast cancer cells.

Principle of the Assay: This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti GLUT4 antibody was pre-coated onto the 96-well plate. The biotin conjugated anti GLUT4 antibody was used as the detection antibody. The standards and pilot samples were added to the wells subsequently. After incubation, unbound conjugates were removed by wash buffer. Then, biotinylated detection antibody was added to bind with GLUT4 conjugated on coated antibody. After washing off unbound conjugates, HRP-Streptavidin was added. After a third washing, TMB substrates were added to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. The concentration of GLUT4 in the sample was calculated by drawing a standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GLUT4, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat GLUT4. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GLUT4 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Principle of the Assay: GLUT4 ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a polyclonal anti-GLUT4 antibody and an GLUT4-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with GLUT4-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the GLUT4 concentration since GLUT4 from samples and GLUT4-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-GLUT4 antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by GLUT4 from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind GLUT4-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The GLUT4 concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.

Intended Uses: This GLUT4 ELISA kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Mouse GLUT4. Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Solute carrier family 2, facilitated glucose transporter member 4(SLC2A4) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, IHC-F in Human, Mouse, Rat.
Background: GLUT4, also known as SLC2A4 or solute carrier family 2 (facilitated glucose transporter) member 4, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GLUT4 gene. It is mapped to 17p13.1. This gene is a member of the solute carrier family 2 (facilitated glucose transporter) family and encodes a protein that functions as an insulin-regulated facilitative glucose transporter. In the absence of insulin, this integral membrane protein is sequestered within the cells of muscle and adipose tissue. Within minutes of insulin stimulation, the protein moves to the cell surface and begins to transport glucose across the cell membrane. Mutations in this gene have been associated with noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).

Principle of the Assay: This kit is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The plate has been pre-coated with Human LGR5 antibody. LGR5 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human LGR5 Antibody is added and binds to LGR5 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated LGR5 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human LGR5. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Intended Uses: This sandwich kit is for the accurate quantitative detection of Human Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 5 (also known as LGR5) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, Ascites, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

$value[10]['_source']['products_description']
Receptor for R-spondins that potentiates the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and acts as a st cell marker of the intestinal epithelium and the hair follicle. Upon binding to R-spondins (RSPO1, RSPO2, RSPO3 or RSPO4), associates with phosphorylated LRP6 and frizzled receptors that are activated by extracellular Wnt receptors, triggering the canonical Wnt signaling pathway to increase expression of target genes. In contrast to classical G-protein coupled receptors, does not activate heterotrimeric G-proteins to transduce the signal. Involved in the development and/or maintenance of the adult intestinal st cells during postembryonic development.
