Biological Significance
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), comprise a large protein family of transmembrane receptors that sense molecules outside the cell and activate inside signal transduction pathways and, ultimately, cellular responses. G protein-coupled receptors are found only in eukaryotes, including yeast, choanoflagellates, and animals. Probable G-protein coupled receptor 160 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the GPR160 gene.
Biohazard Information
This product contains sodium azide as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling.
Immunogen
GPR160 antibody was raised in rabbit using a synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH as the immunogen.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -70 degree C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Product Notes

The GPR160 gpr160 (Catalog #AAA535434) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GPR160 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GPR160 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin. IHC-P: 10 ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GPR160 gpr160 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GPR160, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
