Western Blot (WB)
(GNRH1 Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in mouse heart tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the GNRH1 antibody detected the GNRH1 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(GNRH1 Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human placenta tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of GNRH1 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to generate a peptide that is a member of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) family of peptides. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, at least one of which is secreted and then cleaved to generate gonadoliberin-1 and GnRH-associated peptide 1. Gonadoliberin-1 stimulates the release of luteinizing and follicle stimulating hormones, which are important for reproduction. Mutations in this gene are associated with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2015]

Product Notes
The GRH gnrh1 (Catalog #AAA6478730) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone, NT (GnRH, GRH, Gonadotrophin Releasing Hormone 1, GNRH1, GnRH-I, Gonadoliberin I, Gonadoliberin-1, Gonadorelin, Luliberin I, Luteinizing Hormorne Releasing Hormone, LHRH, LH-RH I, LNRH, Luteinizing Releasing Hormone, Progon reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA). IHC: 1:10-1:50 ELISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GRH gnrh1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
