Western Blot (WB) (Figure 1. Western blot analysis of FRA1 using anti-FRA1 antibody (MBS1750856). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: human A375 whole cell lysates. After Electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a Nitrocellulose membrane at 150mA for 50-90 minutes. Blocked the membrane with 5% Non-fat Milk/ TBS for 1.5 hour at RT. The membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-FRA1 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5ug/mL overnight at 4 degree C, then washed with TBS-0.1%Tween 3 times with 5 minutes each and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10000 for 1.5 hour at RT. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit with Tanon 5200 system. A specific band was detected for FRA1 at approximately 29KD. The expected band size for FRA1 is at 29KD. )

Related Product Information for anti-FRA1 antibody
Fos-related antigen 1 (FRA1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FOSL1 gene. The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Product Notes

The FRA1 fosl1 (Catalog #AAA1750856) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-FRA1 Picoband Antibody reacts with Human No cross reactivity with other proteins. and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FRA1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 0.1-0.5mug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FRA1 fosl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FRA1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
