Related Product Information for anti-FOXC1 antibody
Forkhead box C1 (FOXC1) belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which is characterized by a distinct DNA-binding forkhead domain. The specific function of FOXC1 has not yet been determined; however, it has been shown to play a role in the regulation of embryonic and ocular development. Mutations in FOXC1 cause various glaucoma phenotypes including primary congenital glaucoma, autosomal dominant iridogoniodysgenesis anomaly, and Axenfeld-Rieger anomaly.

Product Notes

The FOXC1 foxc1 (Catalog #AAA6013428) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The FOXC1, CT (Forkhead Box Protein C1, Forkhead-related Protein FKHL7, Forkhead-related Transcription Factor 3, FREAC-3, FKHL7, FREAC3) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FOXC1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.5-1.5ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded): 3.75ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FOXC1 foxc1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FOXC1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
