ELISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Mouse Fgfr1 Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the Fgfr1 antibody detected the Fgfr1 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Mouse Fgfr1 Antibody (C-term) (AP14840b)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse adrenal glands followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of Mouse Fgfr1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
FGFR1: a receptor tyrosine kinase of the highly-conserved fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR). Binds both acidic and basic fibroblast growth factors and is involved in limb induction. Point mutations cause Pfeffer syndrome (finger and toe malformations and other skeletal errors) and dominant Kallmann syndrome 2. Stem cell leukemia lymphoma syndrome (SCLL) may be caused by a t(8;13)(p12;q12) translocation that fuses a zinc finger gene, ZNF198, to FGFR1. Various myeloproliferative disorders have been linked to translocations that fuse FGFR1 to FOP, FIM, CEP1 or the atypical kinase, Bcr. Inhibitor: SU5402. 20 isoforms of the human protein produced by alternative splicing have been described.

Product Notes
The Fgfr1 fgfr1 (Catalog #AAA6299123) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Fgfr1, CT (Fgfr1, Flg, Fibroblast growth factor receptor 1, Basic fibroblast growth factor receptor 1, MFR, Proto-oncogene c-Fgr, CD331) (Biotin) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Fgfr1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:10-50 ELISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Fgfr1 fgfr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Fgfr1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
