Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of EDNRB Antibody (C-term) in mouse cerebellum tissue lysates (35ug/lane). EDNRB (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(EDNRB Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human prostate carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of EDNRB Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of EDNRB Antibody (C-term) with 293 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(EDNRB Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB435 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
ETB: a G protein-coupled receptor which activates a phosphatidylinoitol-calcium second messenger system. Its ligand, endothelin, consists of a family of three potent vasoactive peptides: ET1, ET2, and ET3. Studies suggest that the multigenic disorder, Hirschsprung disease type 2, is due to mutation in endothelin receptor type B gene. Essential component in the normal development of two neuronal crest-derived cell lineages. Two splice variant isoforms have been described.

Product Notes
The EDNRB ednrb (Catalog #AAA6473997) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The EDNRB, CT (Endothelin B Receptor, ET-BR, ET-B, Endothelin Receptor Non-selective Type, ETRB) (MaxLight 405) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's EDNRB can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. WB: 1:50-1:100 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the EDNRB ednrb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "EDNRB, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
