Rabbit anti-Human DIDO1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-DIDO1 antibody
DIDO1 Antibody
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Apoptosis, a major form of cell death, is an efficient mechanism for eliminating unwanted cells and is of central importance for development and homeostasis in metazoan animals. In mice, the death inducer-obliterator-1 gene is upregulated by apoptotic signals and encodes a cytoplasmic protein that translocates to the nucleus upon apoptotic signal activation. When overexpressed, the mouse protein induced apoptosis in cell lines growing in vitro. This gene is similar to the mouse gene and therefore is thought to be involved in apoptosis. Alternatively spliced transcripts have been found for this gene, encoding multiple isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Product Notes
The DIDO1 dido1 (Catalog #AAA9400983) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DIDO1 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DIDO1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DIDO1 dido1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DIDO1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
