DENND4C: a cytoplasmic vesicle membrane-associated guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that activates RAB10, thereby stimulating the delivery of GLUT4 glucose transporter-enriched vesicles to the plasma membrane in response to insulin. Six isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
