Rabbit anti-Human DDR2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-DDR2 antibody
DDR2 (Discoidin Domain-containing Receptor 2, Discoidin Domain Receptor 2, Receptor Protein-tyrosine Kinase TKT, Tyrosine-protein Kinase TYRO10, Neurotrophic Tyrosine Kinase, Receptor-related 3, CD167 Antigen-like Family Member B, CD167b, NTRKR3, TKT, TYR
FLISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of TYRO10 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal TYRO10 Antibody. 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the DDR2 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of TYRO10 Antibody in Jurkat(lane 1), 293(lane 2) and Hela(lane 3) cell line lysates (35ug/lane). TYRO10 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human normal lung with TYRO10 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow cytometric analysis of jurkat cells using TYRO10 Antibody(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) play a key role in the communication of cells with their microenvironment. These molecules are involved in the regulation of cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. In several cases the biochemical mechanism by which RTKs transduce signals across the membrane has been shown to be ligand induced receptor oligomerization and subsequent intracellular phosphorylation. This autophosphorylation leads to phosphorylation of cytosolic targets as well as association with other molecules, which are involved in pleiotropic effects of signal transduction. RTKs have a tripartite structure with extracellular, transmembrane, and cytoplasmic regions. This gene encodes a member of a novel subclass of RTKs and contains a distinct extracellular region encompassing a factor VIII-like domain. Alternative splicing in the 5' UTR results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Product Notes
The DDR2 ddr2 (Catalog #AAA6472092) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The DDR2 (Discoidin Domain-containing Receptor 2, Discoidin Domain Receptor 2, Receptor Protein-tyrosine Kinase TKT, Tyrosine-protein Kinase TYRO10, Neurotrophic Tyrosine Kinase, Receptor-related 3, CD167 Antigen-like Family Member B, CD167b, NTRKR3, TKT, TYR reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DDR2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. WB: 1:50-1:100 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DDR2 ddr2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DDR2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
