Preparation and Storage
Storage:
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 4 degree C for frequent use.
Aliquot and store at -20 degree C for 24 months.

Stability Test:
thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

NCBI Description

This gene encodes a serine protease that belongs to the peptidase family S1. It is expressed in mast cells and is thought to function in the degradation of the extracellular matrix, the regulation of submucosal gland secretion, and the generation of vasoactive peptides. The encoded preproprotein undergoes proteolytic processing to generate a functional enzyme with elastase-like activity. Mice lacking the encoded protein exhibit significant attenuation of ischemia-reperfusion injury of the skeletal muscle. This gene is located in a cluster of related mast cell protease genes on chromosome 14. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2015]

Product Notes

The CMA1 cma1 (Catalog #AAA2002348) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Polyclonal Antibody to Chymase 1, Mast Cell (CMA1) reacts with Mus musculus (Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Chymase 1, Mast Cell (CMA1) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB); Immunohistochemistry (IHC); Immunocytochemistry (ICC); Immunoprecipitation (IP). Western blotting: 0.5-2ug/mL Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CMA1 cma1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Chymase 1, Mast Cell (CMA1), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
