Related Product Information for anti-CDCA4 antibody
This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the E2F family
of transcription factors. This protein regulates E2F-dependent
transcriptional activation and cell proliferation, mainly through
the E2F/retinoblastoma protein pathway. It also functions in the
regulaton of JUN oncogene expression. This protein shows
distinctive nuclear-mitotic apparatus distribution, it is involved
in spindle organization from prometaphase, and may also play a role
as a midzone factor involved in chromosome segregation or
cytokinesis. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding
the same protein have been noted for this gene. Two pseudogenes
have also been identified on chromosome 1.

Product Notes

The CDCA4 cdca4 (Catalog #AAA9200954) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 163-190. The CDCA4 Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CDCA4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CDCA4 cdca4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CDCA4, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
