Rabbit anti-Human CD85h Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CD85h antibody
Anti-CD85h Antibody
IF/ICC: 1:100-1:500
Immunofluorescence (IF)/Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
(Immunofluorescent analysis of CD85h staining in HuvEc cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 degree C in a hidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the leukocyte Ig-like receptor (LIR) family of immunoreceptors that are expressed predominantly on monocytes and B cells, and at lower levels on dendritic cells and natural killer cells. The LIR family comprises of activating (subfamily A) and inhibitory (subfamily B) cell-surface receptors. The LIR encoded by this gene was shown to be an activating receptor for eosinophils that elicited the release of cytotoxic granule proteins, de novo lipid mediator generation, and cytokine release through vesicular transport. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011]
