Related Product Information for anti-CD163L1 antibody
This gene encodes a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily. Members of this family are secreted or membrane-anchored proteins mainly found in cells associated with the immune system. The SRCR family is defined by a 100-110 amino acid SRCR domain, which may mediate protein-protein interaction and ligand binding. The encoded protein contains twelve SRCR domains, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic domain. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described but their full-length nature has not been determined.

NCBI Description

This gene encodes a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily. Members of this family are secreted or membrane-anchored proteins mainly found in cells associated with the immune system. The SRCR family is defined by a 100-110 amino acid SRCR domain, which may mediate protein-protein interaction and ligand binding. The encoded protein contains twelve SRCR domains, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic domain. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. Product Notes

The CD163L1 cd163l1 (Catalog #AAA6282820) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD163L1, CT (CD163L1, CD163B, M160, Scavenger receptor cysteine-rich type 1 protein M160, CD163 antigen-like 1, CD163b) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD163L1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD163L1 cd163l1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD163L1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
