Related Product Information for anti-CCNB2 antibody
Cyclin B2 is a member of the cyclin family, specifically the B-type cyclins. The B-type cyclins, B1 and B2, associate with p34cdc2 and are essential components of the cell cycle regulatory machinery. B1 and B2 differ in their subcellular localization. Cyclin B1 colocalizes with microtubules, whereas cyclin B2 is primarily associated with the Golgi region. Cyclin B2 also binds to transforming growth factor beta RII and thus cyclin B2/cdc2 may play a key role in transforming growth factor beta-mediated cell cycle control.

Product Notes

The CCNB2 ccnb2 (Catalog #AAA6282167) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CCNB2, Phosphorylated (S11) (CCNB2, G2/mitotic-specific cyclin-B2) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CCNB2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FLISA, Dot Blot (DB). FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCNB2 ccnb2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCNB2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
