Rabbit anti-Human CCL19 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CCL19 antibody
CCL19 Antibody
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This antimicrobial gene is one of several CC cytokine genes clustered on the p-arm of chromosome 9. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. The cytokine encoded by this gene may play a role in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing. It also plays an important role in trafficking of T cells in thymus, and in T cell and B cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs. It specifically binds to chemokine receptor CCR7. Uniprot Description
CCL19: May play a role not only in inflammatory and immunological responses but also in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing. May play an important role in trafficking of T-cells in thymus, and T-cell and B-cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs. Specifically binds to chemokine receptor CCR7. Recombinant CCL19 shows potent chemotactic activity for T-cells and B-cells but not for granulocytes and monocytes. Belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family.

Product Notes
The CCL19 ccl19 (Catalog #AAA9418406) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CCL19 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CCL19 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Western Blot: 1:1000-3000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCL19 ccl19 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCL19, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
