Related Product Information for anti-CARS antibody
This gene encodes a class 1 aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase, cysteinyl-tRNA synthetase. Each of the twenty aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyzes the aminoacylation of a specific tRNA or tRNA isoaccepting family with the cognate amino acid. This gene is one of several located near the imprinted gene domain on chromosome 11p15.5, an important tumor-suppressor gene region. Alterations in this region have been associated with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, and lung, ovarian and breast cancers. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants.

Product Notes

The CARS cars (Catalog #AAA9413883) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CARS antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CARS can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF). Western blotting: 1:500 - 1:2000 Immunofluorescence: 1:50 - 1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CARS cars for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CARS, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
