Research Articles on Pou4f1

1. data define AR as a direct Brn-3a interactor and verify a simple interacting protein prediction methodology that is likely to be useful for many other proteins
2. Data show that Brn3a acts upstream of the Runx factors, which then repress TrkB expression to allow establishment of the non-overlapping Trk receptor profiles and correct terminally differentiated phenotypes.
3. Brn3a regulates the transition from neurogenesis to terminal differentiation and represses non-neural gene expression in the trigeminal ganglion.
4. these findings begin to define a gene regulatory pathway for habenula development in mammals, and the roles of Nurr1 and Brn3a therein.
5. Brn-3a deficiency affects the number and cell size of CGRP- and calcium-binding protein-containing neurons.
6. Loss of Brn3a leads to an increase in the ratio of bistratified to monostratified RGCs, with only modest RGC loss and little effect on central projections.
7. Brn3a represses differences in gene expression between sensory neurons generated at different axial levels, and regulates developmental gene expression; functionally similar populations of neurons are generated from different embryological substrates.
8. results suggest that co-factors binding to p73 C terminus facilitate activation on Bax but not p21 CIP1/Waf1 promoter and that Brn-3a modulates this interaction
9. Data suggest that Brn-3a and b POU factors may play an important role in the development and maintenance of critical cell types and structures within the heart, in part via developmental regulation of myocardial Hsp27 expression.
10. Data show that Pou4f1 is regionally enriched in the Brainstem (Pons and Medulla) of mouse brain.

Product Notes

The Pou4f1 pou4f1 (Catalog #AAA613593) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Brn3A (Pou Domain Transcription Factor) reacts with Bovine, Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Brn3A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC). Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500 detected Brn3A on 10ug of bovine and rat retina lysates. Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 detected Brn3A in HeLa and A431 lysates. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200-1:1000 for tissue. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Pou4f1 pou4f1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Brn3A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
