Rabbit anti-Human BORG4 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-BORG4 antibody
BORG4 Antibody
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The product of this gene is a member of the CDC42-binding protein family. Members of this family interact with Rho family GTPases and regulate the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. This protein has been shown to bind both CDC42 and TC10 GTPases in a GTP-dependent manner. When overexpressed in fibroblasts, this protein was able to induce pseudopodia formation, which suggested a role in inducing actin filament assembly and cell shape control. Uniprot Description
CDC42EP4: Probably involved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. May act downstream of CDC42 to induce actin filament assembly leading to cell shape changes. Induces pseudopodia formation, when overexpressed in fibroblasts. Belongs to the BORG/CEP family.

Product Notes
The BORG4 cdc42ep4 (Catalog #AAA9401296) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The BORG4 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's BORG4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Western blotting: 1:500~1:3000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the BORG4 cdc42ep4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "BORG4, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
