Related Product Information for anti-atp6v1c1a antibody
This protein is a component of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation.

Uniprot Description

Function: Subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase. Subunit C is necessary for the assembly of the catalytic sector of the enzyme and is likely to have a specific function in its catalytic activity. V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells

By similarity.

Subunit structure: V-ATPase is a heteromultimeric enzyme composed of a peripheral catalytic V1 complex (components A to H) attached to an integral membrane V0 proton pore complex (components: a, c, c', c'' and d)

By similarity.

Sequence similarities: Belongs to the V-ATPase C subunit family.

Product Notes

The atp6v1c1a atp6v1c1a (Catalog #AAA645502) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ATP6V1C1 (V-type Proton ATPase Subunit C 1, V-ATPase Subunit C 1, Vacuolar Proton Pump Subunit C 1, ATP6C, ATP6D, VATC) (FITC) reacts with Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ATP6V1C1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the atp6v1c1a atp6v1c1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATP6V1C1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
