Related Product Information for anti-ARNT2 antibody
This gene encodes a member of the basic-helix-loop-helix-Per-Arnt-Sim (bHLH-PAS) superfamily of transcription factors. The encoded protein acts as a partner for several sensor proteins of the bHLH-PAS family, forming heterodimers with the sensor proteins that bind regulatory DNA sequences in genes responsive to developmental and environmental stimuli. Under hypoxic conditions, the encoded protein complexes with hypoxia-inducible factor 1alpha in the nucleus and this complex binds to hypoxia-responsive elements in enhancers and promoters of oxygen-responsive genes. A highly similar protein in mouse forms functional complexes with both aryl hydrocarbon receptors and Single-minded proteins, suggesting addition roles for the encoded protein in the metabolism of xenobiotic compounds and the regulation of neurogenesis, respectively.

Product Notes

The ARNT2 arnt2 (Catalog #AAA6275328) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ARNT2, ID (ARNT2, BHLHE1, KIAA0307, Aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator 2, Class E basic helix-loop-helix protein 1) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ARNT2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. WB: 1:100-500 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ARNT2 arnt2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ARNT2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
