A whole cell lysate prepared from human derived A293 cells was loaded on a 4-12% tris glycine gradient gel for SDS-PAGE. The gel was transferred to nitrocellulose using standard techniques. Antibody reaction with the membrane occurred overnight at 4°C in TTBS supplemented with 2% non-fat dry milk. Clearly detects a band at ~41kD consistent with human aldolase.)

ELISA: 1:5000-1:20,000. Assayed against 1ug of rabbit muscle Aldolase in a standard ELISA using a Rabbit xGt IgG (H&L) (HRP) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Immunoprecipitation: 1:100. ~5ul immunopreciptiates 50ul of protein lysate.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
