Related Product Information for anti-ADH6 antibody
ADH6 encodes class V alcohol dehydrogenase, which is a member of the alcohol dehydrogenase family. Members of this family metabolize a wide variety of substrates, including ethanol, retinol, other aliphatic alcohols, hydroxysteroids, and lipid peroxidation products. This protein is expressed in the stomach as well as in the liver, and it contains a glucocorticoid response element upstream of its 5' UTR, which is a steroid hormone receptor binding site.

Product Notes

The ADH6 adh6 (Catalog #AAA6271767) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ADH6, ID (ADH6, Alcohol dehydrogenase 6) (MaxLight 490) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ADH6 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FLISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). FC/FACS: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 IHC: 1:50-100 WB: 1:50-100 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ADH6 adh6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ADH6, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
