Mouse Pancreatic Lipase ELISA Kit | PL elisa kit

Mouse Pancreatic Lipase ELISA Kit

Gene Names
PNLIP; PL; PTL; PNLIPD
Reactivity
Mouse
Synonyms
Pancreatic Lipase; Mouse Pancreatic Lipase ELISA Kit; PL elisa kit
Ordering
For Research Use Only!
Reactivity
Mouse
Samples
Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces, Urine and Body Fluids
Detection Range
6.25 U/L ~ 200 U/L.
Sensitivity
1.0 U/L.
Intended Uses
This ELISA kit is intended for laboratory in vitro research use only, not for drug, household or other use! The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm by a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration of Mouse PL in the sample, this ELISA kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versus Mouse PL concentration. The concentration of Mouse PL in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Intra-assay Precision
Intra-assay CV (%) are less than 15%.
Inter-assay Precision
Inter-assay CV (%) are less than 15%.
Preparation and Storage
Store all reagents at 2-8 degree C

Product Notes

The Mouse PL pnlip (Catalog #AAA017900) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA017900 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse PL. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Pancreatic Lipase, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
