Related Product Information for P recombinant protein
Non catalytic polymerase cofactor and regulatory protein that plays a role in viral transcription and replication. Stabilizes the RNA polymerase L to the N-RNA template and binds the soluble protein N, preventing it from encapsidating non-genomic RNA. Also inhibits host IFN-alpha and IFN-beta signaling by binding and retaining phosphorylated STAT1 in the cytoplasm or by inhibiting the DNA binding of STAT1 in the nucleus. Might be involved, through interaction with host dynein, in intracellular microtubule-dependent virus transport of incoming virus from the synapse toward the cell body.

Product Notes

The P p (Catalog #AAA1047836) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli or Yeast or Baculovirus or Mammalian Cell and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 1-297. Full Length. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MSKIFVNPSA IRAGLADLEM AEETVDLINR NIEDNQAHLQ GEPIEVDNLP EDMGRLHLDD GKSPNPGEMA KVGEGKYRED FQMDEGEDPS FLFQSYLENV GVQIVRQMRS GERFLKIWSQ TVEEIISYVA VNFPNPPGKS SEDKSTQTTG RELKKETTPT PSQRESQSSK ARMAAQTASG PPALEWSATN EKDDLSVEAE IAHQIAESFS KKYKFPSRSS GILLYNFEQL KMNLDDIVKE AKNVPGVTRL AHDGSKLPLR CVLGWVALAN SKKFQLLVES DKLSKIMQDD LNRYTSC . It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Phosphoprotein, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
