Mouse nth endonuclease III-like 1 (E. coli) ELISA Kit | NTHL1 elisa kit
Mouse Endonuclease III-like protein 1, NTHL1 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
NTHL1: Has both an apurinic and/or apyrimidinic endonuclease activity and a DNA N-glycosylase activity. Incises damaged DNA at cytosines, thymines and guanines. Acts on a damaged strand, 5' from the damaged site. Required for the repair of both oxidative DNA damage and spontaneous mutagenic lesions. Belongs to the Nth/MutY family.

Product Notes
The Mouse NTHL1 nthl1 (Catalog #AAA9318412) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9318412 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse NTHL1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "nth endonuclease III-like 1 (E. coli), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
