Genome polyprotein Recombinant Protein | TBEVgp1 recombinant protein
Recombinant Tick-borne encephalitis virus European subtype Genome polyprotein, partial
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
Capsid protein C: Plays a role in virus budding by binding to the cell membrane and gathering the viral RNA into a nucleocapsid that forms the core of a mature virus particle. During virus entry, may induce genome penetration into the host cytoplasm after hemifusion induced by the surface proteins. Can migrate to the cell nucleus where it modulates host functions.

It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Genome polyprotein, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
