Mouse Inactive tyrosine-protein kinase 7, PTK7 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
CCK4: Inactive tyrosine kinase involved in Wnt signaling pathway. Component of both the non-canonical (also known as the Wnt/planar cell polarity signaling) and the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Functions in cell adhesion, cell migration, cell polarity, proliferation, actin cytoskeleton reorganization and apoptosis. Has a role in embryogenesis, epithelial tissue organization and angiogenesis. Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. Tyr protein kinase family. Insulin receptor subfamily. 5 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Mouse PTK7 ptk7 (Catalog #AAA9338629) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9338629 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse PTK7. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PTK7 protein tyrosine kinase 7, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
