Mouse Interleukin 10 Receptor Alpha (IL10Ra) ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 10. This protein is structurally related to interferon receptors. It has been shown to mediate the immunosuppressive signal of interleukin 10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. This receptor is reported to promote survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation of this receptor leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other not protein-coding, have been found for this gene. Product Notes
The Mouse IL10Ra il10ra (Catalog #AAA9309860) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9309860 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse IL10Ra. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interleukin 10 Receptor Alpha (IL10Ra), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
