Mouse Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H5 (ITIH5) ELISA Kit | ITIH5 elisa kit
Mouse Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H5 (ITIH5) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H5 (ITIH5) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a heavy chain component of one of the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor (ITI) family members. ITI proteins are involved in extracellular matrix stabilization and in the prevention of tumor metastasis. They are also structurally related plasma serine protease inhibitors and are composed of a light chain and varying numbers of heavy chains. This family member is thought to function as a tumor suppressor in breast and thyroid cancers. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The Mouse ITIH5 itih5 (Catalog #AAA2018960) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2018960 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse ITIH5. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Inter Alpha-Globulin Inhibitor H5 (ITIH5), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
