Mouse Chemokine-like receptor 1 (CMKLR1) ELISA Kit
Principle of the Assay: CMKLR1 ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a polyclonal anti-CMKLR1 antibody and an CMKLR1-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with CMKLR1-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the CMKLR1 concentration since CMKLR1 from samples and CMKLR1-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-CMKLR1 antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by CMKLR1 from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind CMKLR1-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The CMKLR1 concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.

Uniprot Description
CMKLR1: Receptor for the chemoattractant adipokine chemerin/RARRES2 and for the omega-3 fatty acid derived molecule resolvin E1. Interaction with RARRES2 induces activation of intracellular signaling molecules, such as SKY, MAPK1/3 (ERK1/2), MAPK14/P38MAPK and PI3K leading to multifunctional effects, like, reduction of immune responses, enhancing of adipogenesis and angionesis. Resolvin E1 down-regulates cytokine production in macrophages by reducing the activation of MAPK1/3 (ERK1/2) and NF- kappa-B. Acts as a coreceptor for several SIV strains (SIVMAC316, SIVMAC239, SIVMACL7E-FR and SIVSM62A), as well as a primary HIV-1 strain (92UG024-2). Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Mouse CMKLR1 cmklr1 (Catalog #AAA7234329) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA7234329 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse CMKLR1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Chemokine-like receptor 1 (CMKLR1), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
