Procedure
This mouse IgM kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and column chromatography. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.2 equals 1.0 mg of IgM.
Specifications
This antibody reacts with native histidine rich protein 2 (HRPII) from Plasmodium falciparum as determined by blotting assays and ELISA techniques. It is shown to pair with MyBioSource's MBS563504 in sandwich ELISA and Lateral Flow. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
