Application Notes
Suitable for use Direct ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot.
Dilution: Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human APP2 is ~2ng/well.
Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml. Immunoprecipitate recombinant human APP2 from conditioned cell culture medium. The recovered rhAPP2 can be detected in Western Blots using a polyclonal antibody.
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human APP2 is ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold.

Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
