Testing Data (Lysates from human TE85, TF-1 and mouse C2C12 cells, as well as 2ng of recombinant human VHR, were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to membrane and blotted with MBS602400 (0.5ug/ml). A 5 second exposure to film is shown. The slightly slower migration of recombinant VHR compared to endogenous VHR is due to a polyHis tag at the N-terminus of the recombinant protein.)

Related Product Information for anti-VH1-Related Phosphatase, Vaccinia Virus antibody
Vaccinia Virus VH1-related phosphatase (VHR), also known as dual-specificity phosphatase 3 (DUSP3), dephosphorylates a variety of substrates at serine, threonine, and tyrosine residues. VHR has been shown to dephosphorylate the mitogen-activated protein kinases ERK1, ERK2, and JNK, but not p38. Phosphorylation of VHR at Y138 by ZAP70 enhances the inhibition of ERK2, suggesting a role for VHR in modulating T-cell receptor signaling.

Product Notes

The VH1-Related Phosphatase, Vaccinia Virus (Catalog #AAA602400) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The VH1-Related Phosphatase, Vaccinia Virus (VHR, DUSP3) reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's VH1-Related Phosphatase, Vaccinia Virus can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in Western Blot. Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the VH1-Related Phosphatase, Vaccinia Virus for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "VH1-Related Phosphatase, Vaccinia Virus, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
