Related Product Information for anti-TNN antibody
Description: Mouse IgG monoclonal antibody for Tenascin, tenascin N (TNN) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, ICC in Human. No cross reactivity with other proteins. Uniprot ID: Q9UQP3
Background: The tenascins are a family of extracellular matrix proteins(ECMs). Tenascin is an extracellular matrix protein. It expressed in an unusually restricted pattern during embryogenesis and has been implicated in a variety of morphogenetic phenomena. Human hexabrachion gene(tenascin) is mapped to chromosome 9, bands q32-q34. The coding region of the hexabrachion gene spans approximately 80 kilobases of DNA and consists of 27 exons separated by 26 introns.

Product Notes

The TNN tnn (Catalog #AAA175050) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Tenascin antibody (monoclonal) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Tenascin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Formalin, Immunocytochemistry ICC. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNN tnn for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tenascin, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
