TBLR1 Monoclonal Antibody
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene has sequence similarity with members of the WD40 repeat-containing protein family. The WD40 group is a large family of proteins, which appear to have a regulatory function. It is believed that the WD40 repeats mediate protein-protein interactions and members of the family are involved in signal transduction, RNA processing, gene regulation, vesicular trafficking, cytoskeletal assembly and may play a role in the control of cytotypic differentiation. Uniprot Description
TBL1XR1: F-box-like protein involved in the recruitment of the ubiquitin/19S proteasome complex to nuclear receptor-regulated transcription units. Plays an essential role in transcription activation mediated by nuclear receptors. Probably acts as integral component of the N-Cor corepressor complex that mediates the recruitment of the 19S proteasome complex, leading to the subsequent proteasomal degradation of N-Cor complex, thereby allowing cofactor exchange, and transcription activation. Component of the N-Cor repressor complex, at least composed of NCOR1, NCOR2, HDAC3, TBL1X, TBL1XR1, CORO2A and GPS2. Probable component of some E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Interacts with histones H2B and H4. Ubiquitous. Belongs to the WD repeat EBI family.

Product Notes
The TBLR1 tbl1xr1 (Catalog #AAA9400460) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TBLR1 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Porcine, Dog and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TBLR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Western blotting: 1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TBLR1 tbl1xr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TBLR1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
