Western Blot (WB)
(Western blots showing mouse recombinant Plexin-A1 extracellular domain (lanes 1-4). These blots were probed with rabbit polyclonal anti-Plexin-A1 (PP1301) at 1:250 (lane 1) and 1:1000 (lane 2) or with mouse monoclonal anti-Plexin A1 (PM5351) at 1:250 (lane 3) and 1:1000 (lane 4).)
Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
(Immunocytochemical labeling of Plexin A1 in aldehyde fixed and NP-40 permeabilized human NCI-H1299 lung carcinoma cells. The cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal anti-Plexin A1 (PM5351). The antibody was detected using goat anti-mouse DyLight 594.)

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
PLXNA1: Coreceptor for SEMA3A, SEMA3C, SEMA3F and SEMA6D. Necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. Plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration. Class 3 semaphorins bind to a complex composed of a neuropilin and a plexin. The plexin modulates the affinity of the complex for specific semaphorins, and its cytoplasmic domain is required for the activation of down- stream signaling events in the cytoplasm. Interacts directly with NRP1 and NRP2. Interacts with FARP2, RND1 and KDR/VEGFR2. Binding of SEMA3A leads to dissociation of FARP2. Detected in fetal brain, lung, liver and kidney. Belongs to the plexin family.

Product Notes
The PLXNA1 plxna1 (Catalog #AAA474524) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Plexin A1 (Sema Domain) M535 Antibody reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Plexin A1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). ELISA: 1:1000 ICC: 1:100 IHC: 1:100 IP: 1:50 WB: 1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PLXNA1 plxna1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Plexin A1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
