This antibody reacts with cHo Phospholipase B-Like 2 (PLBL2) of recombinant origin and with PLBL2 secreted by a null CHO cell line, as determined by ELISA and western blotting.Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
Procedure
This mouse lgG1 kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. lt is produced from tissue culture media. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of lgG.
Preparation and Storage
Antibody should be kept at 2-8°C until rehydrated, and will remain stable for a minimum of one year. Rehydrate by adding 0.2 mL of reagent quality water to the product vial. Store the liquid solution at 2-8'C for up to one week; thereafter, aliquots should be prepared and stored between -20 and -80°C for up to 6 months.
