Related Product Information for anti-MYL6 antibody
Myosin is a hexameric ATPase cellular motor protein. It is composed of two heavy chains, two nonphosphorylatable alkali light chains, and two phosphorylatable regulatory light chains. This gene encodes a myosin alkali light chain that is expressed in smooth muscle and non-muscle tissues. Genomic sequences representing several pseudogenes have been described and two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.

Product Notes

The MYL6 myl6 (Catalog #AAA6132450) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MYL6 (Myosin Light Polypeptide 6, 17kD Myosin Light Chain, Myosin Light Chain 3, Myosin Light Chain Alkali 3, Smooth Muscle and Nonmuscle Myosin Light Chain Alkali 6) (AP) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MYL6 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MYL6 myl6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MYL6, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
