Mouse Anti-Rabbit RLA-DQ Secondary Antibody
Mouse Anti-Rabbit RLA-DQ-FITC
MAb 2C4 reacts with RLA-DQ-transfected cells, but not with RLA-DR-transfected cells2. In normal adult rabbits, the antibody reacts with 30-60% of peripheral blood leukocytes.2,3 It has also been reported that the antibody stains: lymphocytes and macrophages in the spleen; lymphocytes in the thymic medulla and some cells in the cortex; Kupffer cells in the liver; and synovial lining cells (i.e., infiltrating macrophages) in inflamed synovium.4 DQ alpha transcripts have been detected in bone marrow and spleen and, to a lesser extent, in appendix, lymph nodes, and other organs.5
The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze!
Protect conjugated forms from light. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.

Product Notes
The Mouse Anti-Rabbit RLA-DQ (Catalog #AAA673788) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti-Rabbit RLA-DQ-FITC reacts with Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Mouse Anti-Rabbit RLA-DQ can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry; Immunohistochemistry (Acetone Fixed/Frozen Sections); Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry Suggested Dilution: <= 1 ug/10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Mouse Anti-Rabbit RLA-DQ for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Mouse Anti-Rabbit RLA-DQ, Monoclonal Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
