Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C with the addition of glycerol. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Do not freeze alkaline phosphatase conjugates which could result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Light sensitive.

Product Notes

The MAPK15 mapk15 (Catalog #AAA6120859) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MAP Kinase 15 (Mitogen-activated Protein Kinase 15, MAPK 15, MAPK15, Extracellular Signal-regulated Kinase 7, ERK7, ERK-7, Extracellular Signal-regulated Kinase 8, ERK8, ERK-8) (AP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MAP Kinase 15 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). ELISA: 1:1000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MAPK15 mapk15 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MAP Kinase 15, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
