Testing Data

(Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) express LAG-3 (detected using MBS633034. Method: Freshly dissociated single cell suspensions of renal cell carcinoma TILs are incubated with MAb to LAG-3 ) (FITC) (5ug/ml) and anti-MHC Class II molecules (PE) for 30 min. and washed twice in saline buffer. Additional staining with anti-CD3 allowed a gate analysis of total T cells. The LAG-3 and MHC II profiles of CD3+-gated cells for 3 patients are shown.)

Product Notes

The LAG-3 (Catalog #AAA633034) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LAG-3 (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3, FDC Protein, CD223) (Biotin) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LAG-3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC). Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Inhibitions. Other aapplications not tested. Dilution: ELISA: Detection. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:150 Immunoprecipitation: 10ug/ml Western Blot: 5ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LAG-3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LAG-3, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
