Related Product Information for anti-Kif 7 antibody
KIF7 encodes a cilia-associated protein (kinesin family member 7) belonging to the kinesin family. Kinesin family member 7 plays a role in the sonic hedgehog (SHH) signaling pathway through the regulation of GLI transcription factors. It functions as a negative regulator of the SHH pathway by preventing inappropriate activation of GLI2 in the absence of ligand, and as a positive regulator by preventing the processing of GLI3 into its repressor form. Mutations in KIF7 have been associated with various ciliopathies.

Product Notes

The Kif 7 kif7 (Catalog #AAA9700362) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Kif 7 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Kif 7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Immunofluorescence (IF). IF: 1:100-1:200 IHC-P: 1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Kif 7 kif7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Kif 7, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
