Related Product Information for anti-Klk1b1 antibody
Kallikrein B1 (KLKB1) is a serine protease synthesized in the liver and circulated in the plasma by binding to high molecular weight (HMW) kininogen or as a free zymogen. It plays an important role in blood pressure regulation, fibrinolysis, and neutrophil activation. Mouse KLKB1 precursor contains a signal peptide (residues 1 to 19) and a pro form sequence (residues 20 to 638). Upon activation, the pro form is converted to a heavy chain and a light chain, which is linked by disulfide bonds and the latter contains the catalytic domain. The amino acid sequence of mouse KLKB1 is 90%, 77% and 76% identical to that of rat, canine and human.

Product Notes

The Klk1b1 klk1b1 (Catalog #AAA601164) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Kallikrein B1 (KLKB1, Plasma Kallikrein) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Kallikrein B1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Klk1b1 klk1b1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Kallikrein B1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
