Testing Data (We used U937 cells 3 days after passaging. Half were activated with IFN-gamma 100 ng/ml for 20 hours and half were used as control. Cell concentration at the beginning of activation was 2.105 cells/ml. Brefaldin A was used as an intracellular blocking agent at 1ug/ml, in contact with the cells for 4 to 6 hours. The black line on the graph represents the IgG2b isotype control (B-E4), the green line shows B-C50 with U937 non-activated cells and the yellow line represents activated U937 cells marked with B-C50 (10ul per test for 5.105 cells))

Product Notes

The IP-10 cxcl10 (Catalog #AAA335101) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti-Human IP-10 Monoclonal Antibody, FITC Conjugated Clone B-C50 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IP-10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Working Dilution: Use 10 mul to label 106 cells or 100 mul of whole blood. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IP-10 cxcl10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IP-10, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
