Mouse anti-Human Interleukin 29 (IL29) Monoclonal Antibody | anti-IL29 antibody
Monoclonal Antibody to Interleukin 29 (IL29)
IHC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:45-180
ICC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:45-180
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a cytokine distantly related to type I interferons and the IL-10 family. This gene, interleukin 28A (IL28A), and interleukin 28B (IL28B) are three closely related cytokine genes that form a cytokine gene cluster on a chromosomal region mapped to 19q13. Expression of the cytokines encoded by the three genes can be induced by viral infection. All three cytokines have been shown to interact with a heterodimeric class II cytokine receptor that consists of interleukin 10 receptor, beta (IL10RB) and interleukin 28 receptor, alpha (IL28RA). Uniprot Description
IL29: Cytokine with immunomodulatory activity. May play a role in antiviral immunity. Up-regulates MHC class I antigen expression. Ligand for the heterodimeric class II cytokine receptor composed of IL10RB and IL28RA. The ligand/receptor complex seems to signal through the Jak-STAT pathway. Belongs to the IL-28/IL-29 family.

The IL29 ifnl1 (Catalog #AAA2111266) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Monoclonal Antibody to Interleukin 29 (IL29) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Interleukin 29 (IL29) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 0.5-2ug/mL; 1:450-1800 IHC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:45-180 ICC: 5-20ug/mL; 1:45-180. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL29 ifnl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Gly20~Thr2 00. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interleukin 29 (IL29), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
