Related Product Information for anti-LILRA4 antibody
ILT7 (immunoglobulin-like transcript 7) is a member of leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR or LILR) gene family, also known as CD85g and LILRA4. It contains four extracellular Ig domains. In association with FceR1y, ILT7 forms a receptor complex that transduces ITAM-mediated signals. ILT7 is specifically expressed on plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), but not on myeloid dendritic cells and other peripheral blood leukocytes. ILT7 negatively regulates the innate immune functions of human pDCs. Cross-linking I7502-77 antibody is able to trigger ILT7 mediated signaling.

NCBI Description

This gene encodes an immunoglobulin-like cell surface protein preferentially expressed in plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDCs). This gene is highly expressed in PDCs, and is found to be rapidly down-regulated by interleukin 3 (IL3). This gene is one of the 19 highly related genes that form a leukocyte receptor gene cluster (LRC) at chromosomal region 19q13.4. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Uniprot Description

LILRA4: May act as receptor for class I MHC antigens. Ligand binding leads to the activation of eosinophils and to the release of RNASE2, IL4 and leukotriene C4. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Protein type: Membrane protein, integral

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 19q13.4

Cellular Component: integral to membrane

Molecular Function: protein binding

Biological Process: immune system process

Product Notes

The LILRA4 lilra4 (Catalog #AAA6001502) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ILT7 (Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-like Receptor Subfamily A Member 4, CD85 Antigen-like Family Member G, Immunoglobulin-like Transcript 7, ILT-7, CD85g, LILRA4) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ILT7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.5ug/10e6 cells in 100ul. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LILRA4 lilra4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ILT7, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
