Features & Benefits
50kD or 25kD protein detection on Western blots after Immunoprecipitation is often suffered from heavy or light chain blotting contamination). IPKine products solve these problems through less background noise, and enhanced accuracy). Their light chain/Fc fragment specific optimization will eliminate heavy/light chain interference, while serum proteins absorbed minimize cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species which may be present on blots).
Preparation and Storage
Stable for one year at -20 degree C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Product Notes

The IgG (Catalog #AAA9718989) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The IPKine HRP, Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG HCS reacts with Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IgG can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP). The suggested dilution ratio is : WB: 1:1000-1:10,000 (1:2000 optimal) IP: 1:1000-1:10,000 (1:2000 optimal) Note: Contain sodium azide. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgG, Monoclonal Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
