Related Product Information for anti-IgG, F2 Fragment antibody
Human IgG consists of four subclasses (1-4) that can be recognized by antigen differences in their heavy chains. Each subclass has different biological and physiochemical properties. The IgG subclass may be preferentiallly produced in response to different antigens. The Fab fragment (fragment antigen binding) is the antigen binding region of the IgG molecule. It is composed of one constant and one variable domain of each of the heavy and the light chains.

Product Notes

The IgG, F2 Fragment (Catalog #AAA633067) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The IgG, F2 Fragment reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IgG, F2 Fragment can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF). Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 ELISA: 1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG, F2 Fragment for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgG, F2 Fragment, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
