Suitable for use in ELISA. By direct ELISA, 1:20,000 dilution will yield > 1.0 O.D. using alkaline phosphatase conjugated Rabbit anti-mouse Ig. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with water to a concentration of 1mg/ml. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Note
Centrifuge before opening to ensure complete recovery of vial contents.
Preparation and Storage
Store lyophilized product at 2 to 8 degree C. After reconstitution, short term (up to 1 month) store at 2 to 8 degree C. Long term, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
